Testing React apps well means choosing the right level of tests for each part of the stack. Too many shallow unit tests add little; too many E2E tests are slow and brittle.
We recommend testing behavior with React Testing Library, mocking APIs at the boundary, and using a small set of critical-path E2E tests. Coverage metrics are useful only when they reflect meaningful scenarios.
